BACHELOR DEGREE IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT


Course objective

The 3 year programme is designed to equip mid-career personnel with programmes and plans with needs and problems of the communities. This programme will be offered by the Community Development Department, which is one of the three academic departments currently existing the institute.

Course Structure, coding and detailed allocation of credits Course structure

The BACD Course is a three year six semester course consisting of 16 weeks per semester. Each semester has an average of 800-900 contact hours equivalent to 80-90 credit points One contact hour refers to one hour of supervise classroom instruction. A student is supposed to attend at least 75% of contact hours allocated in each module in order to be allowed to sit for a semester examination.
